中文摘要: 为了解决金厂河多金属矿空场嗣后充填法窄长采场胶结充填体强度要求优化设计问题,以该矿矿岩-充填体力学参数为基础,利用优选3种理论方法,进行了强度要求解析计算。通过构建矿山典型开采区域的三维数值模型,采用FLAC3D软件开展了两步骤采充时序的数值模拟计算,搜索得出了一步骤窄长采场胶结充填体极限稳定状态下的强度数值解,进而对比分析了充填体强度要求数值解与理论解,确定了一步骤窄长采场胶结充填体的所需强度和结构设计,可为同类矿山胶结充填体强度要求优化设计提供参考。
Abstract:In order to optimize the strength design of the cemented backfill in long-narrow stopes of Jinchanghe polymetallic mine, the analysis of the strength requirements was carried out with the mechanical parameters of rock-backfill and three theoretical methods. Then, based on the construction of three-dimensional numerical model of typical mining area, the numerical simulation calculation of two-step mining and filling sequence was analyzed by FLAC3D software. Furthermore, the strength numerical solution of narrow-long cemented backfill in one step stope was obtained by searching. The numerical solution and theoretical solution of strength requirement of cemented backfill were compared and analyzed, and the required strength and structure design of narrow-long cemented backfill in one step stope was determined. It can provide a reference for the optimization calculation of the backfill strength requirements of similar mines.
