中文摘要: 本文以典型的高粘土化澜沧铅矿凝灰岩为样本,探索静电场在钻井防塌中的作用,进一步明确防塌原理。通过应用平板电场和点电场,在盐溶液、碱性可溶淀粉溶液、碱性可溶淀粉+KCl溶液三种环境中进行了静电场影响对比,并分析了其原理。研究表明:1)仅使用具有一定防塌能力的中低浓度盐溶液中时,静电场对凝灰岩的稳定性影响十分有限。凝灰岩双电层对带电水合离子的作用并不能阻止水进入凝灰岩内部。盐溶液的防塌机理是防盐溶防塌和离子交换稳定。2)碱性可溶淀粉溶液中,静电场的防塌作用十分明显。静电场可增强对含带电离子的致密膜层的吸附,使得水难以进入凝灰岩内部。在碱性可溶淀粉中加入KCl后,隔水膜中带有更多电荷,静电场的作用效果进一步加强。3)静电场对澜沧铅矿凝灰岩的防塌具有良好的实用价值。由此可推定:在高井塌风险的防塌钻井的成膜隔水应用中,使用含盐防塌剂混合隔水成膜剂时,外加静电场可增强防塌性能。

Abstract:The typical high-clayed tuff of Lancang Lead Mine is used as the sample to explore the role of electrostatic field in drilling collapse prevention and further clarify the principle of anti-collapse. Through the application of a flat electric field and a point electric field, the electrostatic field effects were compared in three environments: salt solution, alkaline soluble starch solution, and alkaline soluble starch + KCl solution, and the principles were analyzed. Studies results indicated that: 1) If only using a low- and medium-concentration salt solution with a certain anti-collapse ability, the electrostatic field had a very limited effect on the stability of the tuff. The adsorption of charged hydrated ions by the electric double layer of tuff cannot prevent water from entering the inside of the tuff. The anti-collapse principle of salt solution was anti-salt dissolution and stability caused by ion exchange. 2) In the alkaline soluble starch solution, the anti-collapse effect of the electrostatic field was very obvious. The electrostatic field can enhance the adsorption of dense membranes containing charged ions, making it difficult for water to enter the interior of the tuff. After adding KCl to the alkaline soluble starch, more charges came into the water barrier, and the effect of the electrostatic field was further strengthened. 3) The electrostatic field had good practical value in preventing collapse of the tuff in the Lancang Lead Mine. It can be inferred that: in the application of anti-collapse drilling with high well collapse risk, when the salt-containing anti-collapse agent was mixed with the water-insulating film-forming agent, the addition of an electrostatic field can enhance the anti-collapse performance.
