中文摘要: 为改善预裂爆破效果,降低爆破振动,提升最终边坡稳定性,针对吉劳金矿南部边帮1935平台以上已达到最终境界的情况,采用控制爆破技术改善吉劳金矿南部最终边坡的稳定性和安全性,通过优化预裂爆破参数和调整装药结构,采用分段空气间隔装药结构,在吉劳金矿1915平台进行预裂爆破现场试验,试验区域半壁孔率均达到80%以上,坡面平整性较好,取得了预期效果,为后续矿山靠帮预裂爆破提供了可靠依据。

Abstract:In order to improve the effect of pre-split blasting, reduce blasting vibration, and improve the stability of the final slope, in view of the situation that the 1935 platform above the southern side of Jilau Gold Mine has reached the final state, controlled blasting technology was used to improve the final side of the southern Jilau Gold Mine. The stability and safety of the slope were designed by optimizing the pre-splitting blasting parameters and adjusting the charge structure, and the segmented air-spaced charge structure was adopted. The pre-splitting blasting field test was carried out on the 1915 platform of Jilau Gold Mine. The half-wall porosity of the test area was uniform. Up to 90%, the slope level was good, and the expected effect has been achieved, providing a basis for the subsequent pre-splitting blasting of the mine.
