中文摘要: 云锡卡房分公司I-9矿体多年来一直采用普通全面法开采,随着高效开采技术的应用,采空区形成的速度呈现大幅增长的趋势,局部一些矿柱及空区顶板已发生了明显的开裂、离层破坏并且存在异响现象,这些现象表明,随着时间的推移,地压活动将越来越突出,为了弄清楚该矿体后期采动过程应力应变的变化趋势,在结合现场实际、有限元模拟及矿柱力学稳定性分析的基础上,采用位移传感器、钻孔应力计及声发射传感器对卡房1-9矿体顶板、矿柱的稳定性进行监测。确定回采过程中矿柱、顶板的受力状况。掌握采场地压的变化规律,为后续矿体的开采提供参考。
Abstract:Yunxi Kafang branch 1-9 orebody mining has used the common comprehensive method for years, with the application of high efficiency mining technology, the speed of goaf formed showed a growth trend, some local pillars have been obvious crack, cavity roof abscission layer destruction and sound phenomena. These phenomena indicated that with the passage of time, the ground pressure activities will be more and more prominent. Late to clear up the ore body mining process the change tendency of the stress and strain, in combination with the actual, pillar mechanics and finite element simulation based on the analysis of the stability, displacement sensor, borehole stress meter and acoustic emission sensor were used to monitor the stability of the roof and pillar of the block 1-9 ore body. The stress state of pillar and roof in the process of mining was determined, and the change law of stope ground pressure was mastered. This work can provide reference for the subsequent mining of ore body.
