中文摘要: 为研究排渗设施部分失效条件下放矿对尾矿库渗流场的影响,以河南省某钼矿尾矿库工程为例,基于渗流有限元分析理论,研究特定条件下放矿量对尾矿库渗流场的影响。结果表明:排渗席垫渗透系数降为0.8倍时,设计放矿强度下放矿不超过7天,其仍然能满足尾矿库安全需求;越靠近放矿口处,渗流场受到放矿强度的影响越大;放矿强度超过入渗强度时,矿浆水部分渗入堆积坝内,另一部分汇入库中。研究成果可为矿山企业安全生产及尾矿库安全运行提供参考。

Abstract:In order to study the influence of partial failure of drainage facilities on the seepage field of tailings pond, taking a tailings pond in Henan province as an example. Using the seepage finite element analysis theory to study the effect of drawing-ore quantity on seepage field of tailings pond under certain conditions. The results show that: When the permeability coefficient of drain mat decreased to 0.8 times, it can meet the safety requirements of tailings pond, but the ore shall be lowered under the designed drawing strength condition for not more than 7 days. The closer the drawing-ore opening is, the more the seepage field is affected by ore - drawing strength. When the drawing-ore strength exceeds the infiltration strength, part of the slag water seeped into the tailings pond, and the other part flowed into the top of the tailings pond. The results can provide reference for safe production of mine enterprises and safe operation of tailings pond.
