中文摘要: 针对露天矿系统安全性受到多种复杂且难以衡量的危险因素影响的问题,运用层次分析法(AHP),构建了多级安全评价指标体系模型,进而计算得到各因素的相对权重,再运用安全检查表法(SCA)对18个子因素进行检查,以此确定各因素的隶属度集合,最后建立模糊综合评价模型,计算出该系统安全性的量化值,评价出某露天采场的安全性等级为“较好”级别。研究表明,该方法能够准确全面的分析露天矿的安全问题,得出较为科学、合理的评价结果。

Abstract:By focusing on the problem of safety of open-pit system being influenced by multiple complex risk factors that are difficult to be measured, the paper established a multilevel model for the safety evaluation indicator system by applying analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and further calculated relative weights of various factors; then, by applying safety checklist analysis (SCA), the paper checked 18 sub-factors, so as to determine the set of membership degrees of various factors; finally, the paper established the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, calculated quantized values of system safety, and evaluated safety grade of some mine, which was “preferable”. Research showed that, the method was capable of precisely and comprehensively analyzing safety issues of the open-pit, and coming out with scientific and reasonable evaluation results.
