中文摘要: 针对地下矿山高溜井卸矿时冲击风流造成的车场粉尘污染问题,提出了利用干雾降尘分类治理主溜井卸矿坑集中产尘点和车场巷道逸散型产尘点粉尘污染的新技术,从微观上分析了干雾降尘的作用过程,并采用该技术对湖北三鑫金铜股份有限公司井下采区溜井系统-570m卸矿车场粉尘进行治理。结果表明:该技术总尘降尘效率高达95.25%,呼尘降尘效率高达96%。从根本上解决了主溜井粉尘污染问题,极大改善了工人井下作业环境。该技术耗水、耗气、耗电量小,运行成本低且除尘效率高。
Abstract:Based on the issue of dust pollution in yard which is caused by the impact air flow when unloading ore, a new technology that using dry fog to control dust pollution of concentrated dust points in the main orepass and fugitive dust points in the yard was proposed. The process of dry fog dust removal was analyzed on a micro level, and the technology had been applied to remove the dust from -570 m unloading yard in Hubei Sanxin Gold Copper Co., Ltd. The results showed that: the total dust removal efficiency was as high as 95.25%, the respirable dust removal efficiency was up to 96%. The issue of dust pollution in the main orepass had been fundamentally solved, the working environment had been greatly improved. The technology consumes less water, gas and electricity; and has low operation cost as well as high dust removal efficiency.
