中文摘要: 采场支护一直是软弱破碎矿床的开采中需要解决的技术难题之一。针对某矿山软弱破碎矿体采场支护过程中面临的技术难题,依据岩体质量分级结果,给出了采场支护优化方案,并选择采场进行了现场应用,结果表明,优化后的支护方案具有良好的经济性,可较好的控制采场破坏变形,同时,采场的出矿效率,大幅增加。适合在国内同类型矿体开采中大规模推广。
Abstract:Stope support has always been one of the technical problems to be solved in the mining of weak and broken deposits. Based on the rock mass quality classification results, an optimization plan was proposed to solve the technical difficulties faced in the process of stope support in weak and broken ore body. Then, a stope for field application was selected. In the field application, the scheme lead to a significant increase in mining efficiency, has been proved to be economical and able to control deformation and displacement, which is suitable for large-scale promotion in the mining of the same type of ore body.
