中文摘要: 传统经济合理剥采比计算过程中容易忽视安全、环保、绿色矿山建设等费用和矿产品价格波动的影响,造成经济合理剥采比计算值不符合实际生产需要,通过增加安全、地质环境恢复治理和土地复垦费用对原矿成本比较法、精矿成本比较法、储量盈利比较法和价格法计算公式进行改进。以低品位铁矿为工程实例,使用市场经济预测价格分别按照上述4种方法进行经济合理剥采比计算,结果显示改进后经济合理剥采比计算公式更科学,需要根据矿产品实际价格与临界价格A0的关系确定低品位金属矿床经济合理剥采比的计算方法。该研究对合理确定低品位金属矿床露采境界、提高矿产资源的利用程度和增加矿山经济效益有一定的指导意义。
Abstract:The expenses for safety, environmental protection and green mine construction and the influence of price fluctuation of mineral products were ignored in calculation of traditional economic stripping ratio, which caused that the calculated value of economic tripping ratio does not meet the needs of production in fact. The expenses above were added to improve the equations of the comparison methods of the costs for raw ore, the costs for concentrate, the profit for reserves and ore price. The low-grade metal deposit was taken as an application example, and the prices forecasted with the market economic were used to calculate the economic stripping ratio with the above four methods. The results showed that the improved calculation formula for economic stripping ratio is more scientific and the economic stripping ratio of low-grade metal deposits should be determined according to the relationship between the actual price of mineral products and criticality price A0. The study has a certain guiding significance for determining open pit limits for low-grade metal deposits rationally to improve the utilization degree of mineral resources and increase economic efficiency of mine.
