Abstract:In this paper, the soil environmental quality of a certain zinc oxide smelter in Shaanxi province was investigated, the soil pollution was identified, and the soil samples were collected and analyzed. By studying the distribution law of the concentration of dust from rotary kiln and analyzing the contents of heavy metal pollutants such as lead, copper, nickel and arsenic in the soil environment of the plant, the proposed decommissioned land parcel was finally determined to be a non-polluted land parcel, which could meet the requirements of industrial land planned in the later period of the land parcel.
