中文摘要: 为研究深井矿山高浓度充填料浆自流输送管道磨损情况,从速度、动量和能量守恒角度分析了深井矿山自流输送充填料浆运动机理、管道破坏机理和管道磨损机理,得出了充填料浆特性、充填钻孔、管道材质、充填倍线与自流充填管道磨损影响因素之间的关系;通过ANSYS FLUENT三维数值模拟结果和矿山实际管壁监测结果,研究了水平管和弯管的管道易磨损位置,提出了深井矿山自流充填管道降低磨损技术方法,为矿山深井高浓度自流充填系统的持续、安全、稳定和高效运行提供了重要的技术支持。
Abstract:In order to study the abrasion of the pipeline of gravity transportation of high concentration filling slurry in deep mine,From the point of view of conservation of velocity, momentum and energy, this paper analyzes the motion mechanism, pipeline failure mechanism and pipeline wear mechanism of the filling slurry in gravity transportation in deep mines.The relationship between the characteristics of filling slurry, filling hole, pipe material, filling fold and the factors influencing the wear of gravity filling pipe is obtained;Based on the 3D numerical simulation results of ANSYS fluent and the monitoring results of the actual pipe wall of the mine, this paper studies the position where the horizontal pipe and the bent pipe are easy to wear, and puts forward the technical method to reduce the wear of the gravity filling pipe in the deep mine, which provides important technical support for the continuous, safe, stable and efficient operation of the high concentration gravity filling system in the deep mine.
