中文摘要: 采用盆栽实验研究了生物表面活性剂鼠李糖脂(rhamnolipids)对紫穗槐(Amorphafruticosa L.)的生长情况、吸收富集钒(V)和铬(Cr)的影响,并对处理前后土壤的理化性质及重金属形态进行了分析。结果表明:鼠李糖脂能够促进紫穗槐的生长,当鼠李糖脂添加浓度为5.0g/L时,地上部分生物量、根部生物量及根系活力分别较对照组增加了48.38%、13.22%和38.97%。;鼠李糖脂能够显著促进紫穗槐吸收重金属V和Cr,并促进重金属从根部向地上部分的转移;土壤理化性质和重金属形态分析显示鼠李糖脂的添加能够提高土壤有机质、速效磷及速效氮含量,从而促进植物生长,而且能够使土壤中碳酸盐结合态和残渣态重金属向可交换态、铁锰氧化物结合态、有机结合态转化,提高了土壤中V和Cr的生物有效性,从而提高了紫穗槐吸收重金属的水平。说明该表面活性剂能够辅助紫穗槐修复钒矿污染土壤。

Abstract:The effects of the biosurfactant rhamnolipids on the growth of Amorphafruticosa L., absorption and enrichment of vanadium (V) and chromium (Cr) were studied using pot experiments. Physicochemical properties and heavy metal morphology were analyzed. The results showed that rhamnolipid can promote the growth of Amorphafruticosa. When rhamnolipid was added at a concentration of 5.0g / L, the above-ground biomass, root biomass, and root vigor increased by 48.38%, 13.22% and 38.97% respectively compared with the control group. Rhamnolipid can significantly promote the absorption of heavy metals V and Cr from Amorphafruticosa and promote the transfer of heavy metals from the root to the ground. Analysis of soil physical and chemical properties and heavy metal morphology shows that the addition of rhamnolipid can improve soil organic matter, available phosphorus and Fast-acting nitrogen content, which promotes plant growth, and can convert carbonate-bound and residual heavy metals in the soil to exchangeable, iron-manganese oxide-bound, and organic-bound states, improving the bioavailability of V and Cr in the soil Properties, which increased the level of heavy metals absorbed by Amorpha fruticosa. This indicates that the surfactant can assist Amorpha fruticosa to repair vanadium-contaminated soil.
