中文摘要: 针对不稳固缓倾斜薄至中厚矿体开采技术难题,通过调研类似矿体采矿方法,确定采用上向进路充填采矿法,采取二期进路分层交叉接顶压顶和先期导硐后期扩压回采工艺,采用土工布钢骨架式柔性透水式充填挡墙。通过工业试验,上向进路充填采矿法采矿贫化率≤4.3%,采矿损失率≤3.7%,进路生产能力≥105t/d,取得了良好的技术经济指标,能适用于赋存形态复杂的不稳固缓倾斜薄至中厚矿体。
Abstract:In view of the technical problems of mining unstable and gently inclined thin to medium thick ore body, through the investigation of mining methods of this kind of ore body, the upward drift filling mining method is determined.In this method, the second stage approach is adopted to connect the roof with the top pressure in layers and to expand the pressure in the later stage of the pilot tunnel, and the geotextile steel skeleton flexible permeable filling retaining wall is adopted.Through industrial test, the dilution rate of upward drift filling mining method is ≤4.3%, the mining loss rate is ≤3.7%, and the drift production capacity is ≥ 105t/ d.
Good technical and economic indexes have been obtained, which can solve the mining problem of unstable, gently inclined, thin to medium thick ore body with complex occurrence.
