中文摘要: 为了持续加强我国尾矿库安全监测管理力度,确保尾矿库安全稳定运行,针对一种露天矿平地型尾矿库在线监测系统进行分析研究。根据平地型尾矿库的实际运行特点及监测所需参数项目,结合系列核心算法,将尾矿矿浆流向渗流场与矿浆相互应力场融合,建立较为符合实际运行的尾矿库实况理论模型,并从系统硬件配置与软件设计两大模块展开设计,得出完整的尾矿库在线安全监测系统,经现场应用后表明:监控画面在完成实时反映尾矿库运行状况的同时,各项监测数据显示稳定并可形成曲线变化趋势,利于尾矿库安全管理预测,系统整体运行稳定性保持在90%以上,确保了尾矿库实时在线安全监测的系统化、稳定化与实用化,应用效果良好。此技术的应用是现代化安全监控决策新平台的一种科学体现,更可为类似尾矿库的数据监控提供一定参考价值,值得推广。
Abstract:In order to continuously strengthen the safety monitoring management of tailings reservoirs in China and ensure the safe and stable operation of tailings reservoirs, an on-line monitoring system for open-pit flat tailings reservoirs was analyzed and studied. According to the actual operation characteristics of flat tailings reservoir and the parameters needed for monitoring, combined with a series of core algorithms, the flow seepage field of tailings slurry and the mutual stress field of tailings slurry were fused, and the practical theoretical model of tailings reservoir was established. The complete online safety monitoring system of tailings reservoir was designed from the two modules of system hardware configuration and software design. Field applications were implemented and the results showed that the monitoring screen could reflect the operation status of the tailings reservoir in real time; The monitoring data were stable and could form a curve trend, which was advantageous to the safety management prediction of tailings reservoir, and the overall operation stability of the system was maintained at more than 90%. which ensured the systematization, stabilization and practicality of the real-time online safety monitoring of the tailings reservoir, and the application effect was good. The application of this technology would be a scientific manifestation of the new platform of modern safety monitoring and decision-making, and it would provide some reference value for similar tailings reservoir data monitoring, which would be worth popularizing.
