中文摘要: 尾砂级配为影响膏体充填体强度力学性质的主要因素之一。配制8组不同颗粒级配的尾砂试样,实验室中进行标准养护条件下和井下养护条件下充填体抗压强度的试验测试,对比分析尾砂级配对充填体强度的影响,并到井下采场进行试验验证。试验结果表明:在一定范围内,随着尾砂中+150 μm含量的增加,配制的充填料浆形成的充填体强度先增大后降低。优化组合后的合理级配尾砂制备成的膏体充填料浆在同等条件下充填体强度最高。试验数据可为该矿膏体充填工艺流程选择提供参考。

Abstract:Tailings gradation is one of the main factors affecting the strength and mechanical properties of the paste filling body. Eight groups of tailings with different particle size distribution were prepared, and the compressive strength test of filling body under standard curing conditions and underground curing conditions was conducted, and the influence of tailings gradation on the strength of filling body was compared and analyzed. The test results indicated that the strength of the filling body firstly increased and then decreased with the +150μm content increasing. The strength of filling body formed by the optimized graded tailings was the highest under the same conditions. The test result can provide reference data for selecting paste filling process in this mine.
