中文摘要: 针对地下铲运机自主铲装功能中铲装阻力的计算问题,利用EDEM软件完成数值模拟计算,利用软件生成矿石料堆模型,导入铲斗模型,设定铲斗动作,完成铲装过程的仿真。其中矿石模型的生成考虑矿石的尺寸分布,以及矿房矿石的体量,尽可能贴近实际情况。完成仿真后,总结铲装过程中铲装阻力的变化规律,为自主铲装功能的实现提供参考。

Abstract:Aiming at solving the problem in the calculation of shovel resistance in the independent shoveling function of underground scraper, this paper used EDEM software to complete numerical simulation calculation, and used software to generate ore heap model, imported shovel model, set shovel action, and completed the simulation of shoveling process. The size distribution of ore and the volume of ore in the ore room were taken into account to form ore model, which was as close as possible to simulate the actual situation. After completing the simulation, the variation of shovel resistance during shovel loading was summarized, which can provide reference for the realization of self-supporting shovel loading function.
