中文摘要: 爆破导致岩石等介质的破碎是爆炸冲击波和爆生气体共同作用的结果,对爆生气体作用过程的分析一直缺乏有效的试验手段,基于此进行了混凝土模型浅埋集中装药室外爆破试验。对高速摄影机获得的气体膨胀过程图像进行了背景剪除、边缘检测等处理,得到了爆生气体自孔口溢出后扩散规律。结果表明气体溢出后,失去爆破介质的束缚,迅速膨胀,且总量呈现指数增长。数字图像处理技术结合高速摄影机是研究爆破等高速过程的有效手段。同时指出,气体在介质内部的作用过程需要进一步的试验和分析。
Abstract:The fragment of rock caused by blasting is the result of shock wave and explosion gas. However, the quasi-static expansion process of explosion gas was rarely studied due to the lack of an effective experimental means. An outdoor blasting experiment on concrete with shallow buried charge was carried out. The gas expansion images obtained by high-speed camera were processed by background cutting, edge detection and other means to study the expansion law of explosion gas. The results show that without the restraint of the rock, the explosion gas expands rapidly and the gas amount increases exponentially; digital image processing combined with the high-speed camera is an effective means to study high-speed process such as blasting; meanwhile, it is also pointed out that the interaction of rock and explosion gas needs further test and analysis.
