      甘肃某尾矿库尾砂-74 μm含量占88.74%,拟采用细粒分级尾矿模袋法筑坝。为研究细粒分级尾矿模袋法堆坝技术作用机理以及模袋材质对堆坝效果影响情况,设计3个试验内容,分别从细粒尾矿、分级尾矿模袋体、模袋材质以及固结后袋内尾砂力学性质等方面开展细粒分级尾矿模袋法试验研究。研究表明,采用水力旋流器与模袋法相结合的堆坝方式可解决超细尾矿堆坝难题,拓宽了尾矿堆坝所要求的粒径范围;模袋材质的不同直接引起脱水性能、固结效率及袋体强度的差异,因此,开展模袋堆坝前应结合尾矿粒径性质确定适宜的模袋材质;该成果对于进一步研究细粒分级尾矿模袋法堆坝具有指导意义。
英文摘要:
      The content of -74μm is 88.74% of the entire tailings in a tailings reservoir of Gansu province,therefore the tailings reservoir will be adopted the graded tailings damming using geofabriform method. The main purposes of the study was to understand the function mechanism of the graded tailings damming using geofabriform method and the effect of geofabriform material on daming efficiency. Three kinds of experiments on fine grained tailings tests, graded tailings geofabriform tests, geofabriform material and mechanical property of consolidated tailings tests were designed and conducted respectively to study the characteristics of geofabriform with graded tailings. The results indicated that the problem of damming with superfine tailings can be solved by using the combined means of hydrocyclone and geofabriform method. The means broadened the range of application of particle size for building tailings dam. The different materials of the geofabriform directly lead to the differences in dewatering performance, consolidation efficiency and geofabriform strength. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the suitable geofabriform material in combination with the particle size property of tailings. The research results has guiding significance for further research on fine graded tailings tailings damming using geofabriform method.
