      束状孔当量球形药包爆破技术是以大直径深孔采矿爆破法为基础发展的一种新型爆破技术,以束状分散装药代替集中装药,装药量一致,爆破效果优于集中装药。但每次爆破会使孔底破碎、堵塞,繁重的清孔工作制约着爆破效率。将一次爆破分层由一个增至两个甚至多个,将使爆破效率成倍增加。本文将束状孔爆破与孔内延期爆破相结合,进行了双分层爆破试验。结果表明,两段装药延期50 ms或75 ms起爆时,双分层一次爆破成为可能,提高了束状孔爆破效率2倍。
英文摘要:
      The bunch-hole equivalent spherical cartridge blasting technology is a new kind of blasting technique based on the vertical crater retreat mining blasting method. It has the same charging amount with the concentrated charging structure but a better blasting effect, causing the bunch-hole dispersed,charging structure was used instead of concentrated charging structure. However, the blasting efficiency was seriously restricted by the clearing work,causing the borehole bottom fractured and plugged every after one time of blasting. The blasting efficiency will be increased as by multiplication if two or more sublevels are blasted in one time of blasting. The bunch-hole structure blasting and in-hole delay blasting were combined and a double sublevels blasting experiment was done in this paper. The results indicated that double sublevels in one time of blasting was conceivable and the bunch-hole blasting efficiency was doubled when the delay of the two decked charging was set to 50 ms or 75 ms.
