      悦洋银多金属矿在福建闽南山区贵金属矿山中首次应用了高浓度全自流银铜全尾砂胶结充填技术,料浆浓度达到70%,属福建省尾砂自流充填浓度最高的充填方法。将全尾砂浆、水泥及适量调浓水经搅拌后制成高浓度的充填料浆,通过充填管道自流输送至井下采空区进行充填。有效保证了井下安全开采,矿石回采率提高到80%以上,同时每年减少45%的尾砂排放量,年节省尾矿库费用113.6~227.2万元。

      Yueyang Ag-polymetallic Mine firstly applied high concentrations and full self-gravity of silver copper whole tailings cemented filling technology in precious metal mines of Minnan mountains of Fujian, the concentrations of the slurry achieved 70%, belonging to the filling method of highest concentrations of self-gravity tailings in Fujian province. Whole tailings slurry, cement and proper amount of concentrated water formed high concentrations of filling slurry after stirring, then self-gravity transport to underground stope to fill goaf through filling pipeline. It effectively guaranteed the mine safety production, the ore recovery rate improved to more then 80%, and also reduced 45% of tailings emissions every year, saved the cost of tailings pond 1.136 to 2.272 million yuan every year.
