      呷村银多金属矿4100m水平以上保有大量“三柱”资源,矿石品位高,价值好,亟待回收。对4100中段1线~4线Pz3矿体采场“三柱”回收方案进行了研究,经技术经济比较,推荐采用中深孔直接崩落法回采,并详细介绍了其回采工艺流程。中深孔直接崩落法采场生产能力250t/d,矿石损失率35%,贫化率25%,吨矿回采成本为128.7元/t,回收该部分矿柱可获得销售收入6224.0万元,净利润684.8万元。研究成果对同类矿柱的回收具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。
英文摘要:
      A lot of pillars resources which had high grade and big value were about to stope above 4100m in Gacun mixed silver deposit. Study on pillar recovery project for Pz3 ore body from 1# exploratory line to 4# exploratory line was carried out and mid-deep hole caving method was recommended after economic and technical comparison. The stope production capacity was 250t/d, the ore loss ratio was 35%, ore dilution ratio was 25% ,the mining cost was 128.7 yuan/t. 62.24 million yuan sales income and 6.848 million yuan retained profits were generated.By the way, the research achievement also has a certain reference and guidance significance to pillar recovery for similar mines.
