中文摘要: 无底柱分段崩落法的分段高度直接影响矿山采切工程量及矿石损失贫化率,合理的分段高度能为矿山企业带来较大的经济效益。本文通过分析凿岩设备和矿体稳固性对分段高度的影响,得出限制本矿山分段高度的主要因素是矿体稳固性。参考国内相类似的矿山,并分析矿体稳固性对采场地压和凿岩爆破的影响,确定分段高度为12m。生产实践表明,12m的分段高度,钻孔效率高,成孔率高,爆破效果好,矿石损失贫化在合理的范围内。
Abstract:Segmental height of sublevel caving method of bottomless column directly influences the quantity of mining cutting and the rate of depletion of ore loss, Reasonable segmented height can bring more economic benefits to mining enterprises Reasonable segmented height can bring more economic benefits to mining enterprises. This paper analyzes the influence of rock drilling equipment and mineral body stability on the height of section,It is concluded that the main factor limiting the height of the sub-section of the mine is the stability of the ore body. Reference to similar mines in the country,The influence of mineral stability on the pressure of mining site and rock drilling blasting is also analyzed,Determine the height of the segment to 12m. Production practices indicate, Section height of 12m, High drilling efficiency, High porosity, Blasting is good, Loss and depletion of ore within reasonable limits.
