      根据某矿山超大规模、倾斜矿体、采用充填法上行开采的特点,通过方案对比,以技术可靠、安全运行为前提,以降低工程量和投资为目的,确定了运输阶段高度。针对运输阶段高度提升后存在的技术难点,进行了阶段运输系统优化研究,创新溜井居中、巷道居侧设计,国内首次应用斜溜井与直溜井的组合加巷道顶部放矿方式,同时实施运输水平铁轨与转段全寿命管理,最终实现了180 m运输阶段在超大规模倾斜矿体开采中的应用,延长了运输阶段服务年限,减少运输水平两个、倒段工程两次,节省了开拓工程量,经济效益显著,并为国内同行矿山运输阶段的确定提供了借鉴。

      According to the characteristics of a large-scale mine, inclined orebody and backfilling method, the transport stage height is determined by comparing the schemes with reliable and safe operation as the precondition of reducing engineering quantity and investment. Aiming at the technical difficulties in the stage of transportation, the optimization of the stage transportation system is carried out. The innovative plan is centered the chute and placed the tunnel on the ether side. The combination of inclined chutes and straight chutes and ore drawing at the roof of the tunnel has been used in China for the first time, and implemented the full life management of the horizontal rail and the transfer section life span management of the transitional section, the application of the 180 m transportation stage in the ultra-large-scale inclined orebody mining is eventually realized, the service life of the transportation stage is extended, reduced the two transportation levels and two times transportation, saved the amount of engineering exploration and obtained the maximum economic results at the minimum costs, and provided a reference for the determination of the domestic counterpart mine transportation phase.
