      以粗骨料膏体充填料浆管道输送为研究背景,基于环管试验测试了不同质量浓度、不同灰砂比、不同充填流量、不同管径条件下的粗骨料膏体管道输送阻力;分析了影响粗骨料膏体充填料浆管道输送阻力的影响因素;最终依据矿山实际生产现状,结合环管试验结果,确定最佳的粗骨料膏体充填参数为:输送能力90 m3/h、膏体充填料浆质量浓度80%、灰砂比1︰10~1︰6、输送管径Φ165×12、输送流速1.6 m/s。从而为矿山粗骨料膏体充填系统设计及管道输送系统设计提供可靠的数据支撑。
英文摘要:
      On the background of the pipeline transportation of coarse aggregate paste slurry, the pipeline transportation resistance under different mass concentrations, cement-sand ratios, filling flow rates, and pipe diameters are determined based on the round-pipe test, the major factors affecting the pipeline resistance of the coarse aggregate paste slurry are analyzed. Combined with the results of annular tube test, the optimum filling parameters of coarse aggregate paste are determined as follows: the pipeline capacity is 90 m3/h, the mass concentration is 80%, the cement-sand ratio is 1︰10~1︰6, the pipe diameter is Φ165×12, and the flow rate is 1.6 m/s. It provides reliable data support for the design of the coarse aggregate paste filling system and the design of pipeline conveying system.
