中文摘要: 尾矿库是维持矿山生产的环保和安全设施，其安全管理工作至关重要，而现场巡查是安全管理工作很重要的一环。本文对当前尾矿库巡查工作中存在的问题进行了分析，同时，对比分析了常规巡查手段的优缺点。在此基础上，阐述了GPS智能巡检技术及其系统组成，提出将该技术应用于尾矿库巡查工作中。实践证明，该技术可提升尾矿库安全管理工作的自动化水平，为企业和监管部门对尾矿库的安全管理及紧急事态下的应急指挥提供数据保障与技术支撑。

Abstract:Tailings pond is the environmental protection and safety facilities to maintain mine production, and its safety management is crucial. On-site inspection is an important part of safety management. In this paper, current problems of on-site inspection of tailings pond are analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of routine inspection methods are compared and analyzed meanwhile. On this basis, the GPS intelligent inspection technology and its system compositions are described, and the application of this technology in the inspection of tailings pond is proposed. It has been proved that this technology can improve the automation level of safety management of tailings pond. Data assurance and technical support can be provided for enterprise and supervision department for the safety management and emergency command of tailings pond.
