中文摘要: 以云南某铜锡矿为例,利用FLAC3D模拟对巷道支护进行模拟,并用正交试验设计的方法对其巷道支护参数进行分析,然后结合悬吊理论与加固拱理论分析,为矿山提供更好的锚杆支护参数。研究结果证明:在满足巷道稳定性要求的同时,也要选择经济可行的锚杆支护参数:当锚杆长度2.1m,间距为0.8m,排距为1.0m时,现场支护围岩稳定,并且相比之前的支护方式在经济与效率上有很大的提高。
Abstract:Taking a copper-tin mine in Yunnan Province as an example, the roadway support is simulated by using FLAC3D simulation and the parameters of roadway support are analyzed by orthogonal experimental design. Then, based on the analysis of suspension theory and reinforcement arch theory, Good bolt support parameters. The research results show that, while meeting the requirements of roadway stability, it is also necessary to choose an economically feasible bolt supporting parameter: when the bolt length is 2.1m, the spacing is 0.8m and the row spacing is 1.0m, the surrounding rock mass is stable , And compared to the previous support mode in the economy and efficiency have greatly improved.
