中文摘要: 为解决缓倾斜中厚矿体,尤其是倾角为20~35°的缓倾斜中厚矿体的高效率开采技术难题,提出了基于组合棋盘式底部结构的缓倾斜矿脉连续采矿法。以悦洋银多金属矿为背景,运用层次分析法和多目标灰色局势决策方法对包括新方案在内的四种采矿方案进行优选,结果表明,基于组合棋盘式底部结构的缓倾斜矿脉连续采矿法为最佳采矿方案。最后,重点阐述了新方案的矿块结构参数与采场布置、采切工程布置和回采工艺方面的内容,分析了新方案的主要优势。这一新的采矿方法具有一定的指导意义和实用价值,可以在矿山使用并推广。
Abstract:In order to solve the technical problems of high efficiency mining for gently inclined medium-thick ore bodies, especially for gently inclined medium-thick orebodies with dip angle of 20~35 degrees, a new method of continuous mining method for gentle-dip deposit basing on composite chess-board ore removal sturture is presented. Based on the background of Yueyang Ag multi-metal mine, this paper makes a optimization of four mining schemes, including the new scheme, by using the analytic hierarchy process and the gray multi-objective decision-making methods. The results show that the continuous mining method for gentle-dip deposit basing on composite chess-board ore removal sturture is the best mining scheme. This paper focuses on the structure parameters of the ore block and the layout of the stope, the layout of the mining and cutting engineering and mining technology of the new scheme, then, analyzes the main advantages of the new mining method. The new mining method has certain guiding significance and practical value, it can be used and popularized in mines.
