中文摘要: 针对我国尾矿库现状,从尾矿库数量及分布、等别、类型、风险等方面分析了我国尾矿库存在的主要特点,基于尾矿库环境风险现状,提出尾矿库环境安全隐患排查程序及方法,并从产业政策、环境危害性、周边敏感性、机制可靠性等方面提出尾矿库环境安全隐患排查技术要点。最后以河北省邢台市某铁矿为实例,说明本文提出的技术方法及要点为尾矿库企业制定隐患排查方案、从源头降低尾矿库环境风险提供了重要的技术支撑。
Abstract:In view of the current situation of tailing ponds in our country, this paper analyzes main features from quantities, distributions, levels, type and risk condition, and summarizes main segments of environmental risk control. Based on the environmental risk situation of tailing ponds, the paper points out the procedure and method of environmental hidden danger investigation. And technical outlines were proposed from policy, harmful consequence, environmental sensitivity and system reliability. Finally, one tailing pond in Xingtai City of Hebei Province is chosen as the example to illustrate the important function of providing technical support for formulating hidden danger investigation report for enterprises and reducing environmental risk at the source.
