中文摘要: 某金矿1#、2# 通风系统采用自然通风方式进行通风,3# 通风系统采用抽出式通风,随着开采深度的增加,通风风量控制难度大、污风循环、通风短路等问题逐渐突出,严重影响了矿山生产的安全性。基于上述问题,经研究提出1#、2# 通风系统采用压入式通风,3# 通风系统仍采用抽出式通风,同时优化了相应的通风网络,调整了主风机布置的位置。基于优化后的通风网络,估算了各通风系统的矿井需风量及通风阻力,合理选择了通风设备,完善了该金矿的通风管理方案,为矿山的安全生产提供了保障。
Abstract:The ventilation mode of natural ventilation is used by a gold mine of 1# and 2#, and the ventilation system of 3# adopts the drawing out type. With the increase of mining depth, the problems such as the difficult to control ventilation air volume, dirty wind circulation, short circuit of ventilation are increasingly prominent, which seriously affected the safety of mine production. Based on these issues, the type of pressurized ventilation is adopted in 1# and 2# ventilation system, and the ventilation system of the 3# still uses the drawing out type. At the same time, the corresponding ventilation network is optimized, and the location of the main fan layout has been adjusted. According to the ventilation network of Optimization, the ventilation system of mine air flow and ventilation resistance are estimated. Therefore, the reasonable ventilation equipment is selected, the ventilation management scheme of this gold mine have perfected, provided the safeguard for mine safety production.
