      悦洋银多金属矿在福建闽南山区贵金属矿山中首次应用了高浓度全自流银铜全尾砂胶结充填技术,料浆浓度达到70%,属福建省尾砂自流充填浓度最高的充填方法。将全尾砂浆、水泥及适量调浓水经搅拌后制成高浓度的充填料浆,通过充填管道自流输送至井下采空区进行充填。有效保证了井下安全开采,矿石回采率提高到80%以上,同时每年减少45%的尾砂排放量,年节省尾矿库费用113.6~227.2万元。

      Yueyang Ag—polymetallic Mine first applied high concentration and all automatic flow of silverScopper whole tailings cement filling technology in precious metal mines of Minnan mountains of Fujian,the concentration of the slurry achieves 70%,belong to the filling method of highest concentration of automatic flow tailings in Fujian province.Whole tailings slurry,cement and proper amount of concentrated water form high concentrations offilling slurryafter stirring,then automatic flow transport to underground stope to fill empty area through filling pipeline.It effectively guarantees the mine safety production,the ore recovery rate improve to more then 80%,and it also reduces backfilling emissions by 45% every year,saves the cost of the tailings 1.136 million yuan to 2.272 million yuan one year.
