Abstract:Through development and application of an enterprise blog system which is connected with corporate ERP and work quality check list for each position, the procedures for each work segment and outcomes in mining operation are shared by the authorized personnel, and each role or discipline of personnel will pay attention to the particularly interested data or problems to process then send work orders to solve. The application of the enterprise blog system at Henan Found Mining Company includes to assign an individual enterprise blog identification to each underground stope, development face as well as major equipment, all associated structured data are stored in the blog identification. The structured data include daily task dispatch sheet, work quality check list, three-party safety verification sheet, and major equipment repair and maintenance etc. By logging into the enterprise blog system, responsible personnel are able to grasp details of status for each work face or equipment. According to the nature of each problem existed, work instructions are ordered to solve each problem and the progress is monitored. As a result, the work knowledge and information are flatly propagated to all sections of management and other personnel. Since the data is structured, the enterprise blog system is capable of performing statistics and analysis on work load per head, work face safety verification status, potential safety hazard rectification, the result difference between safety checks, as well as the number of work faces manned. The number of work quality check lists examined, the time spent on examining, the score assigned are also summarized. The result of data analysis is set as a basis for KPI management. While the structure of management is remaining unchanged, all data and information become transparent and flattening. Finally the improvement of production efficiency, enhancement of management are achieved by team work coordination, reasonable work dispatch to each responsible person to perform and manage. Thus the goal of safety and production is both harvested.
