中文摘要: 北衙金矿岩体较破碎,力学强度低,岩体完整性较差,稳固性差,为此矿山拟采用上向进路式充填采矿法分两步骤进行矿体回采。为了确保二步骤矿体安全回采过程中,一步骤胶结充填体要能有足够的强度来支撑采场顶板,进而面临需要确定胶结充填体灰砂比的问题,因此针对这一问题分别对1︰6、1︰8和1︰15的灰砂比采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件进行稳定性分析。模拟结果表明,灰砂比1︰6的胶结充填体对顶板的支撑有着很显著有效的作用,能很好地维护采场顶板的稳定性,为该矿体安全高效回采提供了指导性的理论依据。

Abstract:Rock mass is broken in BEI YA GOLD MINE, low mechanical strength, and its stability is poor. For this purpose, the upward drift fill stoping is adopted, which is divided into two steps. In order to ensure the safety of the second step orebody stoping process, The first step of cementing bcakfilling body should have enough strength to support the stope roof, and then facing with a problem of determining cement sand ratio of cemented filling body. Therefore, in view of the problem of 1:6, 1:8 and 1:15 of the cement sand ratio selected, these three programs will be analyzed for stability by FLAC3D numerical simulation software. Simulation results show that the support of cement sand ratio 1:6 for the roof has a very significant role. Meanwhile it can provide technical support to the safe and effective mining for this mine.
