中文摘要: 在总结已有锚固理论研究成果的基础上,首先对全长粘接式锚固锚杆和端部粘接式锚固锚杆的工作机理进行了探讨。然后通过FLAC3D软件建立了端锚锚杆的三维受力模型,分析了端锚锚杆在加托盘预应力为0、10、60 kN时和不加托盘时的应力分布,揭示了端锚锚杆的受力特征:随着预应力的增大,应力分布有往锚杆端部收缩的趋势。并且分析了在预应力为0和60 kN的情况下,围岩表面相对不加锚杆时的位移分布,围岩表面相对位移集中在以锚杆锚固点为中心、1 m为半径的范围内,在锚固点处相对位移值最大,并且在此范围内相对位移急剧减小。最后通过现场预应力锚杆轴向力量测试,验证了所得结论的合理性。

Abstract:On the basis of summarizing existing anchoring theory research results, the mechanism about full grouted bolt and end-anchoring bolt was discussed in this paper. Then FLAC3D software was applied to establish the three-dimensional mechanical model of anchor bolt, and mechanical characteristics of the bolt was analyzed under different prestressing forces (0, 10 kN, 60kN), revealing that the stress distribution tended to concentrate in the front part of the bolt when prestressing force increased. In addition, relative displacement on the surface of the rock model under prestressing forces of 0 and 60 kN was presented. The analysis shows that the relative displacement is centered at the anchor point, within a range of 1 m. The maximum relative displacement peaks at the center and the relative displacement experiences a sharp decrease as the range increased. Finally, the conclusion is verified rationally by the on-site axial force measurement test.
