中文摘要: 针对浮选型尾矿库尾砂堆积特点,创新地提出了浮选型尾矿库资源量调查新方法,即采用洛阳铲在尾矿库坝头和坝面位置合理取样,化验分析坝头区域粗粒区尾矿样品位和坝面位置纵线方向取样孔品位,并拟合分析坝顶面纵向品位的分布曲线,确定待回收矿物粗粒区品位和平均品位的比例关系,据此对每级子坝粗粒区尾矿样品位进行修正确定每级子坝平均品位,最后根据水平断面法、横剖面法或三维实体模型法计算被调查尾矿库每级子坝堆存的尾矿量分析待回收矿物资源量情况。该方法成功应用于尾矿库A和尾矿库C的资源量调查实践,确定了尾矿库白钨回收分界线,未回收白钨的尾矿库量,钨平均品位,钨金属量,已回收白钨的尾矿量等,为尾矿库开发利用前进行的可行性研究和经济评价提供可靠的资源量数据。该方案解决了尾矿库资源调查难题,新方案与地质钻机勘探尾矿库方案相比,具有操作简单、适用性强、精度高、勘探成本低等优点。
Abstract:This paper puts forward a new investigation program of flotation tailings pond for secondary exploitation as its characteristics. The new program mainly includes the following procedures: taking samples with luoyang shovel from the top of the tailings dam and dam face scientifically, assaying coarse samples from the top regions of dams, analyzing the grade distribution in the longitudinal from the top of the dam by fitted curve, and then to work out an proportionate relation between coarse grade and the average grade of the tailings, then obtaining average grades of all tailings dam according to revising coarse grades of each tailings dam, calculating the volume of each dam adopting computing methods of geometry, such as horizontal section method, cross profile method, entity model in 3 dimension, finally analyze resource distribution of recoverable mineral. This program has been successfully applied to tailings pond A and C, submitted boundaries, volumes, grade, the amount of tailings contained scheelite and the amount of tailings uncontained shceelite, which would provide reliable resource data for feasibility study and economy evaluation of tailings pond before exploitation. It has solved the problem of tailings investigation, with several advantages of simple operation, high accuracy, low prospecting cost comparing to investigation method of tailing pond with drilling.
