中文摘要: 针对充填系统中全尾砂沉降速度慢、时间长的问题,开展了全尾砂沉降特性的研究。为加快沉降速度,本文采用添加絮凝剂提高沉降效果。针对絮凝剂类型、单耗、给砂浓度和絮凝剂配制浓度4个因素进行实验。根据实验数据,分析得出阴离子型絮凝剂对此尾砂的絮凝效果最好,阳离子型和非离子型絮凝剂的絮凝效果较差。尾砂极限沉速与絮凝剂单耗非线性正相关,沉砂浓度随絮凝剂单耗增加先增长后下降;其他条件一定时,给砂浓度与沉降速度呈负相关。综合考虑建议阴离子絮凝剂单耗用量为10 g/t,配制浓度采用0.1%~0.2%,给砂浓度保持在15%能达到较好的沉降效果。

Abstract:For the settlement speed is slow and time is long in total tailings filling system, there is a research on total tailings settlement characteristics. In this paper, the flocculant is used to improve settlement velocity. The test was made for four factors which is influencing the settlement of fillings, such as flocculant types, unit consumption, sand concentration and flocculant concentration. According to the experiment data, the result reveal that the effect of anionic flocculant in tailings settlement is better than cationic and nonionic flocculants. Tailings limiting settling velocity and flocculant unit consumption were nonlinear positive correlation, the desilting concentration has showed first increasing then decreasing with the increase of flocculant unit consumption. The sand concentration and settlement rate were negatively correlated when the other conditions are fixed. Generally taking account of all the factors, it is suggested that anionic flocculant unit consumption is 10 g/t, flocculant concentration is 0.1%~0.2% and sand concentration keeps at 15%.
