中文摘要: 高浓度胶结充填材料具有环保、经济、安全的特点。为了设计合理的管道泵压输送系统,对汾西矿业集团新阳矿区的充填管道进行分析设计。利用新阳矿堆放的煤矸石和附近灵石县南关电厂的粉煤灰作为细骨料,42.5#普通硅酸盐水泥为胶结材料,加入外加剂、水搅拌,实验得出适合新阳矿的充填材料配比为1:2:5(水泥:粉煤灰:煤矸石),质量分数为78%~80%、坍落度为22.5~27.8 cm的高浓度料浆。通过充填管道输送参数计算,充填料浆的流速为1.8 m/s,选用内径为180 mm,壁厚为18 mm的耐压无缝钢管。充填料浆最大水力坡度为3.35 kPa/m,总输送阻力损失为10.96 MPa,选用飞翼股份生产的HGBS200.14.800型充填专用工业泵能够充分满足新阳矿的充填要求,并保证充填系统的高效、稳定运行。
Abstract:The high concentrated cementing filling materials are environmental-friendly, economical and safe. To design a reasonable pipe pumping transportation system, the pipe system of XIN Yang Ming was analyzed and designed. By using the fly ash and gangue as fine aggregate, 42.5#portland cement as cementing material and mixing them with admixture and water, the suitable filling material ratio was got. The ratio was 1:2:5(cement : fly ash: gangue), and the filling material concentration was 78%~80% , and collapsed slump was 22.5 ~27.8 cm .According to the calculation of the pipe parameters, the appropriate velocity of the filling materials was 1.8 m/s. A withstand seamless steel tube with 180 mm inside diameter and 18 mm wall thickness was selected. The maximum hydraulic gradient was 3.35kPa/m, and total resistance loss reached 10.96Mpa. The HGBS200.14.800 filling pump (FEI Yi Company made) can satisfy the filling request, and ensure the efficient and stable operation of the filling system.
