中文摘要: 尾矿库安全在线监测系统要求监测数据连续完整,对通信系统的可靠性要求较高,但系统所处的自然环境和工业环境复杂,如何提高通信系统的可靠性是业界一大难题。本文提出了多重冗余网络通信、通信分布式智能供电、网络故障自诊断、数据存储转发、系统防雷防浪涌、系统数据容错、通信QoS管理等多项保障技术。工业现场试验证明,使用本文提出的针对性技术可以有效提高通信系统的可靠性。
Abstract:Tailings pond safety online monitoring system demands real-time communication and continuous acquisition of monitoring data. However, the natural and industrial environment of the system is complex, so how to improve communication reliability of the system has become a big problem. This paper proposes a series of security technologies of multi redundant network communication, distributed intelligent power supply, self diagnosis of network fault, data stored and retransmission, system lightning and surge protection, system data fault tolerance, communication of QoS management and so on. The industrial field test shows that the specific technologies proposed in this paper could effectively improve the reliability of communication.
