中文摘要: 深部巷道围岩的合理支护方案是现代矿山深部开采时亟需解决的关键性技术。大水沟矿区2815中段开拓巷道,由于埋藏深而地压大,矿区地应力高,围岩稳定性差。经过机械开挖扰动,巷道围岩应力重新分布,冒顶现象严重。为了控制地压对巷道围岩的影响,保证巷道掘进工作的安全进行,矿区通过现场调查和分析研究,决定采用新奥法,最终顺利的通过这一软岩破碎区。对新奥法的基本原理和实际应用进行研究的结果表明:软弱破碎岩体中巷道的掘进,使用新奥法成本低、效率高;随着围岩变形量增加,塑性能释放量增大,支护厚度增加;此外随着时间推移,巷道围岩变形量不再变化。准确把握围岩变形特性,合理确定支护参数和支护时间,能经济有效的保证巷道围岩的稳定性,具有非常重要的工程价值。

Abstract:Appropriate supporting scheme of deep roadway surrounding rock is Sthe key technology of deep mining inSSthe modernSmines,which needs to solve. In Dashuigou mining area, the developing roadway in 2815 middle section, because of deep embedding, great geopressure, high in-situ stress and poor stability of wall rock. Due to the mechanical excavation interfere, the roadway surrounding rock stress redistribute, and the roof fall phenomenon become serious. In order to control the influence of the pressure of surrounding rock of roadway, ensure the safety of roadway drivage, mining area through field investigation and analysis, decide to use New Austrian Tunneling Method, and finally the roadway smoothly get through the soft rock broken zone. By studying the basic principle and application of the New Austrian Tunnelling Method,results were achieved that roadway drivage in broken weak rock mass, Suse New Austrian Tunnelling Method, low cost, high efficiency. With the increase of the deformation of surrounding rock, the release quantity of plastic energy increases,Sthe supporting thickness increases. In addition, with the passage of time, the deformation of surrounding rock of roadway no longer changes. Accurately grasp the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock, determine the reasonable support parameters and supporting time, can economically and effectively guarantee the stability of surrounding rock of roadway, which has very important engineering value.
