中文摘要: 排水排泥系统是金属矿山井下开采八大系统之一,直接影响到矿山的井下生产组织、生产安全和可持续性。基于铜坑矿生产任务重、排水排泥系统维护有限的特点,运用清洁生产工艺的理论和方法,以机械化、清洁化生产为目标,以2#竖井排水排泥系统为对象,开发了一套适用于矿山竖井排水排泥系统清理作业的清洁生产工艺,实施排水排泥系统的多级污泥沉淀自动分离、污水转排、集中清理等专业化的工程,解决了铜坑矿的2#竖井排水排泥系统的清洁维护难题。
Abstract:Pumping water and mud system is one of the eight systems in the metal underground mines. It would directly effect the production organization, mining safety and production sustainability in the process of underground mining. Based on production task heavy and pumping and mud system maintenance limited in Tongkeng Tin Mine, theory and method of cleaner was used, aimed at mechanization and cleaner production. Taken the 2# shaft as an example, a cleaner production method suitable for pumping and mud system cleaning in mine shaft was exploited. The professional technology project was implemented, such as multi-level automatic separation of sludge sedimentation, and the difficult problem of pumping and mud system cleaner and maintain on 2# shaft in the Tongkeng Tine Mine was solved.
