中文摘要: 新型聚能药柱爆破是利用聚能效应改变炮孔内能量分布的一种爆破方式,可以实现对金属露天矿台阶的预裂作用,从而达到更好的爆破效果。通过对其现场试验结果前后对比分析,得出新型聚能药柱预裂爆破不仅可以形成明显的预裂缝,而且形成的预裂缝对主爆有一定的减震作用。为降低边坡维护成本、提高生产率有积极的作用。并可以在其它露天矿以及其它方面推广运用。
Abstract:Blasting of new energy-focusing grain is a blasting method by changing the energy-focusing hole energy distribution, can be achieved the level of pre-cracked open pit metal effect, so as to achieve better blasting effect. Through field test results before and after comparison analysis, the blasting of new energy-focusing grains can be formed not only the obvious pre-crack, and the pre-crack in the main explosion has some damping effect. Reducing cost of slope maintenance and improving productivity have a positive effect; It can be used in another open pit and other aspects of promotion.
