中文摘要: 简述李楼铁矿基本概况及全尾砂胶结充填的基本工艺流程。将全尾砂浆、水泥及适量调浓水经两段连续搅拌均匀后形成充填料浆,并通过充填钻孔及井下充填管路自流输送至采场空区进行充填。通过对李楼铁矿﹣200 m水平16-1#、16-3#、16-5#采场空区进行充填,确保了﹣180 m水平矿体及二步矿柱的安全回采,同时提高了铁矿石回采率,降低了贫化率。
Abstract:The paper briefly introduces basic condition of Lilou Iron Mine and basic process of whole tailings cement filling technology. Whole tailings slurry, cement and proper amount of concentrated water form filling slurry after two-stage successive uniformly stirrings. It flows by gravity into gob areas to fill drill holes and underground filling pipes. The gob areas of 16-1#、16-3#、16-5# on ﹣200 m level in Lilou Iron Mine are filled to ensure safe mining of ore bodies and two-step ore pillars on ﹣180 m level, increase recovery rate of iron ore and reduce dilution rate.
