中文摘要: 随着鄂东地区矿产资源日益枯竭,很多采用空场法的小型矿山进入了残矿回采阶段,大量采空区严重威胁到采空区中的回采作业安全。为确保回采安全,对声发射监测技术应用于正兴铁矿进行了研究,运用有限元分析软件建立矿山三维模型,计算出应力场,找出存在应力集中的重大危险区域,科学布置声发射监测点。经过长期监测,初步建立了声发射活动与地压现象之间的对应关系,完善了现场监测管理制度,为地压灾害预报奠定了基础。
Abstract:With depletion of mineral resources in eastern Hubei, many small mines using room-and-pillar mining method are in residual mineral recovery stage. Safe mining operation is threatened by some existing goafs. In order to ensure recovery safety, acoustic emission (AE) technology in applied in Zhengxing Iron Mine, and the relationship between AE activities and ground pressure phenomena is investigated. AE monitoring points are located at stress-concentrated areas based on a 3D FEM simulation. A preliminary monitoring regulation is developed as the foundation of ground pressure prediction.
