中文摘要: 【目的】浅孔留矿法是我国开采薄矿脉的主要方法,但由于人工浅孔留矿法开采存在贫化率高等问题,越来越限制其使用。针对国内急倾斜薄矿脉采用留矿采矿法开采存在机械化程度低、劳动强度大、采场生产能力小、综合作业成本高及安全风险高等问题,研发适应狭小空间的微型凿岩台车等装备,进行采矿方法的优化,进而实现急倾斜薄矿脉留矿法开采的机械化。【方法】通过对采场结构参数、回采工艺过程的研究,研制微型凿岩、撬毛台车,以机械化采矿装备替代人工进行开采作业,实现减人增效。【结果】通过视距遥控实现机械化凿岩、撬毛作业,将采幅控制在1.2m,减少贫化损失,作业人员减少50%以上。【结论】本文提出的急倾斜薄矿脉微型机械化留矿法强化开采工艺开采对我国薄矿脉实现机械化开采具有较好的借鉴参考意义。
Abstract:【Purpose】Shallow hole shrinkage mining is the main method for mining thin ore veins in China, but its use is increasingly limited due to the high dilution rate of artificial shallow hole shrinkage mining. In response to the problems of low mechanization, high labor intensity, low production capacity, high comprehensive operating costs, and high safety risks in the use of shrinkage mining method for mining sharply inclined thin ore veins in China, we have developed micro drill jambo and other equipment suitable for narrow spaces to optimize the mining method and achieve mechanization in the shrinkage mining of sharply inclined thin ore veins.【Method】By researching the structural parameters of the mining site and the mining process, a micro drill jambo and scaling jumbo was developed to replace manual mining operations with mechanized mining equipment, achieving reduced manpower and increased efficiency.【Result】Mechanized rock drilling and scaling operations were achieved through line of sight remote control, with a mining range controlled at 1.2m, reducing impoverishment losses and reducing workers by more than 50%.【Conclusion】The micro mechanized shrinkage method proposed in this article for strengthening the mining process of steeply inclined thin ore veins has good reference significance for achieving mechanized mining of thin ore veins in China.
