基于岩石截割试验的悬臂式掘进机设备优化选型

中文摘要: 如何将悬臂式掘进机与金属矿岩体特性、采矿方法、采矿工艺相结合,进行合适的设备选型,成为制约掘 进机顺利使用及效率发挥的重点。通过分析悬臂式掘进机截齿截割破岩过程,以金属矿掘进机机械采矿为研究背 景,提出了悬臂式掘进机设备优化选型方法。以实际矿山为研究对象,获取矿山现场岩样来开展单截齿截割破岩试 验,测试截齿破岩的最大截割力与比能耗。将160、200、260、380型号悬臂式掘进机截割头截齿截割力转化为单截齿 截割破岩力,并与截齿截割破岩试验结果进行对比,以此推荐满足破岩能力要求的掘进机截割功率。基于上述研究 成果,对实际工况下截割效率与生产能力进行预测,详细测算其采矿作业技术经济指标,从而实现对悬臂式掘进机进行 优选,最终推荐适用于矿山的悬臂式掘进机设备型号为260型。通过上述方法创新了地下非煤矿山掘进机设备选型方 法,弥补了传统仅靠岩石单体强度经验推荐掘进机的缺陷,适用于我国非煤金属矿山的悬臂式掘进机设备优化选型。
Abstract:Through analyzing the process of cutting rock with the cutting teeth of cantilever roadhead, the test method of cutting teeth is put forward. Taking the actual mine as the research object, the rock sample of mine site was obtained to carry out the rock cutting test with single cutting tooth, and the maximum cutting force and specific energy consumption of rock cutting tooth were tested. The cutting force of the cutting head of type 160, 200, 260 and 380 roadheader is transformed into the cutting force of single cutting tooth, and compared with the test results of cutting tooth cutting rock, so as to recommend the cutting power of roadheader that meets the requirement of rock cutting ability. Cantilever roadheader only meets the requirement of rock breaking capacity is not enough, the higher the cutting capacity of general roadheader, the higher the cutting efficiency of its equipment, but the higher the price of equipment. Therefore, based on the above research results, the cutting efficiency and production capacity under the actual working conditions are predicted, and the mining operation technical and economic indicators are calculated in detail, so as to realize the optimization of cantilever tunneling machine. Finally, the cantilever tunneling machine suitable for the mine is recommended as 260 cantilever roadheader.
