中文摘要: 研究土工格栅加筋尾矿坝的首要问题是格栅-尾矿界面摩擦特性,采用了FLAC 3D数值模拟分析了土工格栅在尾矿填料中的拉拔过程,探究含水率与上覆压力对于格栅-尾矿界面摩擦特性的影响规律,并且将其与室内拉拔试验的数据进行比较分析。研究结果表明:土工格栅与尾矿数值的计算结果与试验得到的数据基本符合;认为在土工格栅与尾矿数值计算过程当中,FLAC 3D数值模拟可以很好响应实验室测得的界面摩擦参数(似粘聚力和似摩擦角);在数值模拟过程中,界面摩擦参数的选择需要进行适度的调节,其中似粘聚力数值可取1.1倍试验值,似摩擦角数值可取0.7倍试验值。研究结果可为土工格栅加筋尾矿坝设计提供一定支持。
Abstract:Interface friction characteristics of geogrid-tailings are the key question in the study of geogrid reinforced tailings dam. FLAC 3D numerical simulation was used to analyze the pull-out process of geogrid in tailings. The influence of overlying pressure and water content on the interface friction characteristics of geogrid-tailings was discussed and compared with the indoor pull-out test. The results show that the numerical results between geogrids and tailings are basically consistent with the experimental data. It is considered that FLAC 3D numerical simulation can well respond to the interface friction parameters (pseudo cohesion and pseudo friction angle) measured in laboratory. In the process of numerical simulation, the interface friction parameters need to be adjusted appropriately, in which the pseudo cohesion values can be chosen as 1.1 times of the experimental value and, and the pseudo friction angle values can be chosen as 0.7 times of the experimental values. The research results can provide support for the design of geogrid reinforced tailings dam.
