中文摘要: 为降低桥梁桩井爆破振动,采用灰关联分析方法对振动影响因素进行分析,确定了桩井爆破系统特征变量和相关因素变量,结合工程实例进行了灰关联度计算,对计算结果进行了优势分析和排序,得到了桩井爆破振动影响因素的主次顺序,其中没有最优因素,准优因素为高程差。根据灰关联分析结果提出了控制桩井爆破振动的措施,除降低装药量外、分段数应大于等于3段且合理的微差间隔为75 ms。在实际过程中综合应用以上方法,达到了理想的效果,为今后类似工程提供了可借鉴的经验。
Abstract:In order to reduce vibration by pile-well blasting, the grey relational analysis is adopted to analyze the influence factors of blasting vibration. At first, the system variables and related factors variables are ascertained. Then, carry out the grey relation calculation with engineering example. By sorting and advantage analyzing the calculation results, the order of the influence factors is obtained. In which there is no optimal factor, quasi excellent factor is the elevation difference. According to the grey relational analysis, pile-well blasting vibration control measures are proposed. In addition to reduce the amount of charge, the number of segments should be greater than or equal to 3 and 75 ms is reasonable millisecond interval, the methods above are combined in realistic engineering and ideal achieve are obtained. It provides useful experience for similar projects in the future.
