中文摘要: 针对宜昌地区磷矿开采对黄柏河东支水污染影响现状,分析了宜昌38家磷矿山污水排放情况,研究了采矿方法对含水层的影响。研究表明:矿山排放污染物排放总量与涌水量呈正相关关系。对此提出采用充填技术、留设隔水矿柱、超前探水,以及支护封堵措施来减少涌水技术措施。在此基础上,围绕矿井废水处理、井下水仓和沉淀池的设置、矿石堆场淋溶水防治方面提出综合处理措施。该研究成果通过了宜昌市国土资源局组织的专家审查,从采矿活动的角度为黄柏河东支水环境污染控制与治理提供了指导规范,并为宜昌地区磷矿绿色开采提供了参考。
Abstract:In view of the influence of Yichang phosphate mine in Yichang area on the water pollution of Huangbo river’s east branch, the discharge of wastewater from 38 phosphate mines in Yichang is analyzed, and the influence of mining methods on aquifer is studied. The result shows that there is a positive correlation between total discharge and mine water inflow. Therefore, the measures for reducing water gushing are put forward, such as filling technology, retaining water separation pillar, advancing water exploration, supporting and plugging measures. On this basis, comprehensive treatment measures are put forward in the aspects of the mine sewage treatment, the installation of underground sump and sedimentation tank, and the prevention and control of leaching water in ore storage yard. The research result has passed the expert review organized by the Land Resources Bureau of Yichang, it provides guidelines for the control of water environment pollution in Huangbo river’s east branch under the influence of phosphate mining activities, and provides reference for green mining of phosphate mine in Yichang area.
