中文摘要: 崩落法开采低品位矿岩破碎矿体存在的普遍问题是贫化率太高,采出矿石品位太低,直接影响企业经济效益。某铜矿前期采用分段崩落法,因贫化率太高,矿山陷入困境。针对该矿山开采技术条件,开展崩落法开采技术研究,采用分段挤压爆破留矿,分段和阶段联合出矿的方式,大幅降低了贫损指标,提高了采出矿石品位,实现了扭亏为盈,获得了较好的经济效益,对采用崩落法开采低品位矿石具有借鉴作用。
Abstract:The common problem of mining low grade and fractured ore bodies using caving method is that the dilution rate is too high and the mined ore grade is too low, which directly affects the economic efficiency of enterprises. Sublevel caving method is adopted in the early stage of certain copper mine, as the dilution rate is too high, the economic situation of the mine fell into predicament. According to the mining technical conditions, carrying out research on caving mining technology, the ways of sublevel extrusion blast, sublevel and stage combined ore removal are adopted, the loss ratio and dilution ratio are all significantly declined, the mined ore grade is significantly improved, the turnaround of ventures is realized, good economic benefit is obtained, it offers also some references for other similar caving mines.
