中文摘要: 针对露天矿山运输系统现有安全评价方法中存在的不足,使评价结果更加科学合理,提出了基于群决策的改进AHP方法。基于文献分析法构建了露天矿山运输系统的安全评价指标体系,建立指数区间数的判断矩阵;计算出基于判断偏好信息的专家权重,得到专家群体决策矩阵并进行指标权重计算。最后,利用问卷调查数据所得的指标得分分值计算出模型的综合得分,确定了系统的安全等级。结果表明,某露天矿山运输系统的安全综合评估分值3.78,安全评价等级为“较高等级”,这可以为矿山运输系统的安全管理提供决策依据。
Abstract:For the shortcomings of some methods in safety assessment of transportation system conditions of open-pit mine, an improved Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method based on the group decision theory is applied to make the assessment result more scientific and reliable. The safety evaluation index system of transportation system in open pit mine is constructed based on literature analysis and the exponential-interval number judgment matrix is established. Then, the approaches of confirming expert weights concerning the judgment preference information and the aggregation of the judgment matrix are calculated. To obtain the expert-group decision matrix, the index weights are calculated. Finally, the comprehensive score of the calculation model is used to determine the safety level of a system calculated by using the data obtained from the questionnaire. The results show that the overall score of safety assessment for transportation system in one open-pit mine is 3.78, with “higher grade”, which provides a more scientific and reliable decision-making basis for the safety management of mine transportation system.
