      采用半理论半数值模拟的方法分析了“空孔效应”对光面爆破效果的影响。理论方面,分析比较了普通光面爆破和带空孔的光面爆破两种方式下岩石中的应力场。数值模拟方面,以云南省某铁路隧道为工程背景,建立了两种方式下的三维数值模型,并进行了炮孔周围应力云图分析及相邻炮孔孔心连线1/2处位置单元破坏情况判断。分析结果表明:“空孔效应”使得炮孔附近的应力增大,且切向拉应力的极大值出现在孔心连线方向,有利于该部分岩石的拉开、脱离和抛掷。另外,在“空孔效应”作用下的拉伸破坏范围要明显大于普通光面爆破的拉伸破坏范围,有利于平滑轮廓面的形成。
英文摘要:
      Semi-theoretical and semi-numerical method is used to analyze the influence of empty hole effect on smooth blasting. From theoretical point of view, the stress fields in rock of both traditional smooth blasting and smooth blasting with empty hole are analyzed and the difference between the two is compared. In numerical simulation, 3D numerical model of the two is set up, which is based on the engineering background of a railway tunnel in Yunnan Province, and the stress nephogram around the hole is analyzed and units lined in the position of 1/2 of center line between two peripheral holes is put to the judgment if there are damaged. The results show that, empty hole effect makes the stress around the hole increase, and the maximum appears in the direction of center line, which is useful to damage, pull out and throw this part of rock. In addition, tensile damage area under the influence of empty hole effect is larger than the one of traditional smooth blasting, which is conducive to the formation of more smooth surface contours.
